good to know that I am not the only one thinking about this topic these days.
for Vibe Analytics, my takes are:
1. only top level Executive Dashboard/visualization should be fixed (it could still be generated by AI agents but it has to be more stable and fixed)
2. any other data visualization should be ephemeral and generated on demand
3. there should be a Open Source go-to standard for Vibe Analytics as well (i.e. screw Tableau and vendor lock-in :D )
I am currently building Ravioli (https://github.com/AI-Passione/ravioli) as a POC for this idea and I am looking to gain feedback from data leaders - curious about everyone's take on it
In broad strokes, I think I agree with that. Or that at least, that the majority of "insights" that people go looking for is through something that looks very different than a dashboard or a typical analytical tool.
On Ravioli, the screenshot in the readme doesn't seem to load. Got other screenshots?
Interestingly, I've talked to a couple of other founders, and it appears their primary challenge with analytics is actually more with data engineering (i.e. how to fetch data from all the tools they use in one place). Think I would pivot and focus on that part first - then I would go back on more fancy AI stuff (e.g. insights generation, lineages behind insights, leading to what data is behind them, etc.)
Nice insight. I think what you call Vibes in the analytics domain is a combination of three things: judgement, originality, and synthesis. All of this culminates in taste, which is akin to vibes. If I had to summarize this idea in one sentence, I’d say that as it becomes cheaper to produce knowledge, Taste becomes increasingly more important as a defining point of analytic decisions
To make a chart, you can simply gather your data, choose the chart type (like bar, pie, or line), and use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or online chart makers where you input values and it automatically generates a visual chart.
Also, if you enjoy creating stylish and creative content online, a <a href="https://bratgenstudio.com/>brat generator</a> can be really useful. It helps you turn simple text into bold, aesthetic designs instantly, perfect for social media posts, captions, and digital graphics.

Yeah, it is a known issue. I am actively working on it and will let you know when it is ready - thanks for the interest!
Hey Benn - thanks for the wait. Life got busy, and my perfectionism crept in a bit ;)
The readme is enriched with screenshots now: https://github.com/AI-Passione/ravioli
